About NeuroServe

NeuroServe exists because crypto holdings often outlive the person who set them up — and families in Korea are left with sealed envelopes, unlabeled USB devices, and no shared story about what to open first.

Origin

The practice started after estate attorneys in Jongno kept asking the same question: where are the offline wallets, and who is allowed to touch them? Hardware was rarely the hard part. The hard part was the absence of a map that survivors could follow without improvising under grief.

We built a review format that stays on the human side of that problem: sit with the holder, list what exists, write access notes that do not dump seed words into email, and practice recovery while everyone is still calm.

How we work

Reviews happen in person at our Jongno office whenever seed material or devices must be handled. Document-only drafting can occur by secure video when no secrets travel over the connection. We never take custody of assets and we never store your recovery phrases in our files.
