Fee Guide
Fees reflect time in the room with devices and the written map produced afterward. Quotes adjust when an estate spans many devices or requires a second visit.

Deposits and scheduling
A 30% deposit reserves the appointment. The balance is due on the day of the review. Rescheduling with at least five business days’ notice carries the deposit forward once.
Estimate factors
Travel within Seoul for sealed-box inspections, evening appointments, and multi-language note sets may add a modest line item disclosed before you confirm.
What we do not bill
We do not charge subscription retainers or software licences. If work stops after scoping because legal counsel must finish a will first, you pay only for time already used under the refund policy.
