Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided, message content, preferred dates)
- Appointment and engagement records needed to deliver a review
- Technical data such as browser type and approximate visit metrics when analytics cookies are accepted
We do not request seed phrases, private keys, or full recovery material through web forms. Do not include such secrets in messages.
Purposes
We use data to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver engagements, improve site clarity, meet accounting and legal duties, and — only with consent — understand aggregated visit patterns.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement files are retained for up to 5 years for professional records, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer storage. Analytics data follows the durations in our Cookies notice.
Your rights
Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent for non-essential cookies. Email contact@neuroserve.digital with your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.
International transfers
If a processor outside Korea helps host email or analytics, we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer. The site itself is intended primarily for clients arranging reviews in Seoul.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect contact data. No method of transmission is perfect; limit secrets shared over the internet.
