Acceptance

By requesting or attending a NeuroServe engagement, or by using neuroserve.digital, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a review.

Services

NeuroServe provides informational and advisory review services related to offline wallet documentation for family estate planning. We do not provide licensed legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, brokerage, or asset custody unless a separate written engagement expressly states otherwise.

Appointments and conduct

You are responsible for accurate information about devices and participants. You must not ask NeuroServe staff to receive, store, or transmit seed phrases by email, messenger, or unsecured channels. We may end a session if asked to handle material in an unsafe manner.

Intellectual property

Site content, written templates, and materials we prepare for you remain subject to copyright. Engagement deliverables prepared for your estate may be used by you and your counsel for that estate. You may not republish our internal checklists as a competing service offering.

Liability

Reviews depend on information and materials you present. We are not liable for losses arising from incomplete inventories, third-party device failure, heir misconduct, legal outcomes, market value changes, or decisions made after you leave our office. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
